Why Are Cues Missing in My Project?
If cues, or entire reels, acts, clips, or episodes are not appearing in your project, you might want to check the following:
- Filter menu: Ensure no filters are active. Click on 'Filter' and then 'Clear filters'. A filter is likely active if the Filter menu is highlighted in purple or if a filter icon appears by the column header of a filtered column.
- Inactive cues: Ensure cues are not marked as inactive and hidden. You can turn on the toggle at the right side of the toolbar to reveal hidden cues. Scroll to the far right side of the table and look for dimmed cue rows with a red eye symbol.
- Archived reels/acts/clips/episodes: Go to the 'Picture' page, turn on the 'Show / Hide' toggle, and ensure no reels, acts, clips, or episodes are marked as archived.
- Collaborator actions: Check if another collaborator may have deleted the missing cues or a reel, act, clip, episode that the cues belonged to.
